Each ballroom has its own facility fee depending on its size. This fee includes setup of the hall, a dance floor, backdrop for head table, linens, a selection of items (mirror tiles, vases, votive candles, etc.) for use as centerpieces, and more. Other items for decoration such as table runners, chair covers, and lighted archways can be added for additional fees. Complimentary items included when holding a reception at the Holiday Inn are a suite for the newly married couple, champagne for the head table, and a room for the rehearsal dinner and gift opening. Their package for Friday weddings offers several other complimentary perks. It should be noted that there is a minimum food and drink amount depending on the hall you choose; this averages around $5,000.
