It’s not every day that we as a church get to witness something as special as a priest’s 60th Anniversary, but in June of 2022, the Diocese of Fargo celebrated 60 years with Fr. Duane Cote. This was such a special celebration as many of the people Father has touched throughout his priesthood were present.
The celebration took place at Sts. Anne and Joachim Catholic Church in Fargo. Bishop John Folda presided over the mass with Fr. Cote concelebrating. Many brother priests were also present to celebrate.
After mass, there was a reception in the social hall of the church to continue to celebrate what God has done in the life of Fr. Cote. It was an honor to capture such a special event in the life of the church.
